- Own products and features end to end, from discovery and ideation through launch, learning, and optimization
- Translate complex user needs and business challenges into simple, intuitive experiences
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and other teams to deliver products
- Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to guide decisions and measure impact
- Identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and develop creative solutions
- Contribute to product strategy and a data-informed product culture
Требования
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Track record of taking features from ideation through launch and delivering measurable impact
- Strong understanding of user behavior, engagement, trust, and privacy
- Expertise in product discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and iteration
- Strong analytical and product intuition
- Excellent communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Independent, hands-on approach and comfort working through ambiguity
