Lead the definition, delivery, and adoption of data products for government ministries and public entities. Translate business needs into product requirements, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and drive scalable data solutions.
Обязанности
- Define product concepts, use cases, requirements documents, functional specifications, and work plans
- Create product roadmaps, prioritize scope, and manage backlogs based on business value, technical complexity, data readiness, and user needs
- Lead integrations between ministry data sources and data infrastructure or products
- Collaborate with ministries and public entities to understand needs, map workflows, and identify data-sharing opportunities
- Translate business needs into product and technical requirements with development, architecture, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and vendor teams
- Lead ministry onboarding and implementation processes
- Design scalable workflows and reusable models for cross-ministry applications
- Resolve data quality, permissions, privacy, cybersecurity, interface, and infrastructure blockers
- Define success, usage, and value metrics and evaluate product impact
- Present recommendations and progress updates to senior management and government stakeholders
Требования
- Advanced understanding of analytical models and database infrastructure
- Experience with complex queries and query optimization
- Knowledge of data quality validation and data pipelines
- Ability to define data organization, cataloging, enrichment, accessibility, and consumption processes
- Experience mapping data sources, assets, systems, interfaces, and dependencies
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including influence without direct authority
