Lead compliance-driven product requirements and initiatives for an online gaming platform operating across multiple regulatory markets. Collaborate with Product, R&D, QA, Legal, and regulatory stakeholders to deliver compliant features and support responsible gaming.

- Define and manage compliance-related product requirements, KPIs, and priorities.
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear product actions and features.
- Lead responsible gaming, player protection, regulatory reporting, and market-specific compliance initiatives.
- Monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions and assess their product impact.
- Coordinate compliant feature delivery with Product, R&D, QA, Legal, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance documentation, requirements, and implementation updates.
- Present compliance solutions and progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
Требования
- Around 7 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2C, B2B2C, platform, gaming, fintech, or another regulated industry.
- Experience translating regulatory or compliance requirements into product features.
- Understanding of responsible gaming, player protection, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ownership.
