Lead product management for a cloud-native security and identity platform. Analyze customer and market needs, define product direction, prioritize requirements, and drive adoption through data-informed decisions.
Обязанности
- Analyze customer and market signals to identify unmet and emerging needs
- Build customer relationships that inform the product roadmap and improve customer experience
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Own feature definition and the product-area backlog
- Partner with engineering on trade-offs, execution, and rapid responses to customer needs
- Drive product adoption and define success criteria and performance metrics
- Analyze usage, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes to guide decisions
- Coordinate integrations and joint experiences with other product teams
- Demonstrate and promote the product to customers, partners, and internal audiences
Требования
- At least 4 years of experience in cross-group and cross-functional product management
- At least 3 years of cybersecurity experience
- Strong foundation in security concepts
- Customer-focused approach with experience solving customer problems through product innovation
- Data-driven approach to measuring, experimenting, and improving product impact
- Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
