The role manages production products end to end, from project initiation through customer delivery, coordinating materials, subcontractors, manufacturing orders, production plans, schedules, risks
Обязанности
- Manage production products end to end, from project initiation through customer delivery
- Initiate procurement of raw materials and subcontractors and manage manufacturing work orders
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide schedule alerts
- Manage cross-functional internal and external interfaces
- Execute and control annual work plans using factory resources
- Analyze work-plan impacts and update production and delivery plans as priorities change
- Lead factory status meetings with management, materials, and production teams
- Prepare plans for production departments and maintain continuous contact with their managers
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
- At least 4 years of experience managing products and multidisciplinary production plans involving varied manufacturing technologies and products
- Practical experience managing manufacturing projects and preparing work plans
- Experience with ERP and MRP systems
- Understanding of and ability to read technical drawings and plan processes
- Strong organization, tracking, and production-control skills
- Strategic and systemic thinking combined with attention to detail
- Ability to manage and motivate internal and external stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Strong Hebrew and English communication skills
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and uncertainty
