Own the full product lifecycle for digital and enterprise products, from discovery and requirements definition through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement. Work with Agile development teams and stakeholders across the organization.

- Own the product lifecycle from discovery through continuous improvement.
- Define product requirements and functional specifications.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable product solutions.
- Develop and manage roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with Agile development teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prioritize competing demands and drive product delivery.
- Use system-level thinking, analysis, and stakeholder input to support product decisions.
Требования
- At least 3 years of hands-on product management experience, preferably with digital or enterprise products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience owning products across discovery, requirements definition, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and development teams.
- Strong product requirements and functional specification writing skills.
- Experience managing stakeholders, translating business needs into product requirements, and prioritizing competing demands.
- Experience with product roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Understanding of web and mobile products, UX/UI principles, and modern software development processes.
- Strong ownership, decision-making, communication, prioritization, and process-management skills.

- Experience using AI tools for product discovery, requirements, analysis, decision-making, or delivery.
- Experience with complex, large-scale, multi-user enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, databases, data analysis, and product analytics.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Figma.
- Experience managing products in a large organization with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
