Own products end to end for an AI-first platform serving small businesses. You will identify opportunities, build working prototypes, guide engineering delivery, run experiments, and make data-informed product decisions. The role is based in Tel Aviv with a hybrid schedule of four office days andone
Обязанности
- Own product opportunities from problem definition through prototyping, specification, release, experimentation, and iteration.
- Build functional prototypes with AI coding tools for engineering handoff.
- Prioritize engineering work and manage rapid product releases.
- Design and run experiments, define primary metrics, set exposure, coordinate instrumentation, analyze results, and make decisions.
- Investigate product and business questions independently using product and warehouse data.
- Monitor customer-impacting issues, assess their reach, determine remediation, and prevent recurrence.
- Prioritize competing stakeholder requests and communicate decisions, tradeoffs, and delivery plans.
- Develop products including AI assistants, onboarding flows, checkout, pricing, compliance filings, and dashboards.
Требования
- 3–5 years of product management experience on a consumer or self-serve product.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping working prototypes with AI coding tools.
- Strong analytical ability, including decomposing metric changes and assessing confidence in findings.
- Experience designing, instrumenting, analyzing, and deciding on product experiments.
- Strong stakeholder management across product, business development, marketing, finance, legal, customer experience, and data teams.
- Sufficient UI/UX judgment to design complete flows, including layouts, states, empty states, and copy.
- Quantitative bachelor's degree from a leading academic institution.
- Working spoken and written English.
- Evidence of creating something new, such as a startup, side project, product line, or internal tool.

- Experience in U.S. small business, fintech, compliance, payments, bookkeeping, tax, or formation services.
- Experience shipping partner or channel integrations.
- Experience as a small business owner.
- A prototype, internal tool, side project, or other built work to share with the application.
- Participation in an entrepreneurship program such as Zell, Adelson, We, Coller Ignite, or TAU Up.
