Lead product strategy and execution across multiple AI-driven and software initiatives. Own the full product lifecycle, guide product teams, and partner with engineering, design, data, delivery, executives, and enterprise clients.
Обязанности
- Define and communicate product strategy and roadmaps across multiple domains and client engagements
- Lead, mentor, and develop product managers and product owners
- Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, release planning, launch, and continuous improvement
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and delivery teams to ensure usability, scalability, and technical quality
- Translate market trends, customer insights, and business objectives into measurable product outcomes
- Support presales through solution design, scoping, and client-facing presentations
- Work with clients and executives to define product vision, success metrics, and long-term roadmaps
- Drive experimentation, innovation, and data-informed product decisions
Требования
- At least 8 years of product management experience, including 3 or more years leading product teams or managing a product portfolio
- Track record of taking complex, multidisciplinary software or AI projects from concept to market
- Experience with presales, solution scoping, effort estimation, and client presentations
- Strong understanding of product strategy, discovery, and Agile delivery
- Technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience with web, mobile, and backend systems
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work with executive leaders, internal teams, external stakeholders, and enterprise clients
