Principal Product Manager, XDR and Exposure Management

Own the end-to-end XDR product strategy and expand it into exposure and vulnerability management for a cloud-based enterprise security platform. Partner with engineering, security research, and senior customers to shape differentiated roadmaps and deliver outcomes.

- Own XDR strategy and delivery across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network detection and response
- Lead expansion into exposure and vulnerability management, including patch management, device control, host firewall, and remediation workflows
- Incorporate attack-surface and cloud-posture signals into XDR prioritization
- Partner on asset criticality and entity context for exposure prioritization
- Set roadmap direction and communicate prioritization decisions to senior customers and internal stakeholders
- Track competitors and managed detection and response providers to guide differentiated strategy
- Write actionable product requirements with engineering and security research teams
- Create roadmap trackers, decision memos, and competitive briefs
Требования
- 7–10 years of product management experience
- At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity or B2B enterprise software
- Experience owning products from strategy through launch and iterative delivery
- Hands-on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, or security operations
- Understanding of exposure prioritization, asset inventory, exploitability, and reachability
- Understanding of analytics, data science techniques, and the current cyber threat landscape
- Technical judgment to evaluate architecture, feasibility, and scope
- Experience working across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead through a matrixed organization
- Comfort presenting product direction to C-suite and VP-level security customers
- Regular use of AI tools for research, synthesis, and delivery
