- Own the Live Ops strategy and roadmap, designing engaging events and features.
- Drive creative vision for live content, ensuring seasonal events are cohesive and fun.
- Manage end-to-end execution of the Live Ops calendar from brainstorm to launch.
- Monitor KPIs like engagement, retention, and revenue; use A/B testing to iterate.
- Partner with Product, Art, R&D, Analytics, and Economy teams to align creative and business goals.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, introducing new mechanics and content strategies.
Требования
- 2+ years of experience in live game operations or a fast-paced digital product.
- Deep understanding of mobile gaming, player psychology, and industry trends.
- Strong creative thinking; ability to turn high-level goals into player-facing experiences.
- Data-informed mindset; comfortable using dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to pitch ideas and align stakeholders.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver, able to remove blockers.
- Team player, able to inspire others.
- Adaptable to changing product.
