Lead the product strategy and execution for AI-powered relationship therapy, combining consumer product thinking, clinical expertise, and machine learning to create safe, clinically grounded support between therapy sessions.

- Own the AI therapy product surface, including conversational flows, tone, behavioral rules, guardrails, and prompt engineering.
- Define AI experiences for emotional processing, conversation preparation, reflection, and personalized guidance.
- Lead user-facing AI products from specification through launch, prioritizing safety, warmth, and clinical grounding.
- Define extraction logic, confidence scoring, lifecycle management, recommendation systems, and structured relationship context from therapy data.
- Build intelligence infrastructure that reflects each couple’s history and therapeutic journey.
- Partner with clinical leadership and therapists to validate AI behavior before release.
- Translate therapeutic frameworks into buildable product specifications.
- Design expert-in-the-loop workflows and crisis safety protocols.
- Identify and develop new AI-powered product surfaces for users and therapists.
- Run proofs of concept with users, define acceptance criteria, measure outcomes, and iterate.
- Collaborate with consumer product teams to align AI and human experiences.
- Shape AI therapy strategy with founders, clinical leadership, engineering, and design.
Требования
- At least 5 years of product management experience in consumer products.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI or machine learning products, including prompt engineering and model behavior management.
- Strong interest in therapy, mental health, or emotional wellbeing.
- Ability to translate complex behavioral and clinical requirements into clear product specifications.
- Fluency in English.
- Comfort collaborating deeply with engineers, clinicians, and designers.
