Lead product direction for a B2B cybersecurity company by turning customer, market, and technical signals into focused product bets, rapid proofs, and scalable outcomes.
Обязанности
- Set product direction by translating customer, market, and technical signals into an opinionated sequence of bets
- Own portfolio prioritization and make clear trade-offs across revenue, acquisition, retention, and capability investments
- Engage with customers, prospects, proofs of concept, and customer-facing teams to define outcomes and success measures
- Design narrow customer experiments and market probes, then decide whether to kill, iterate, or productize them
- Provide outcome-complete direction to R&D, including user needs, evidence, metrics, constraints, ownership, and deadlines
- Lead and grow the Product function across product management and design
- Coach teams to present recommendations and evidence while enabling distributed decision-making
Требования
- Direct cybersecurity product experience
- Hands-on ownership of B2B product decisions, customer discovery, launches, and adoption
- Experience working in an early-stage environment with rapidly changing markets and products
- Ability to form clear product theses from ambiguous customer or market input
- Strong technical fluency and credibility with engineering, security research, data systems, and infrastructure teams
- Ability to make and defend decisions with incomplete information, then adapt when evidence changes

- Networking or cloud networking experience
- Experience with WAF, WAAP, API security, application security, cloud security posture, runtime security, detection and response, edge security, traffic analysis, or security data platforms
- Experience using rapid experimentation and learning in the AI era
- Experience managing product managers and designers
- Experience working with enterprise security buyers and technical champions
