- Set digital product vision and strategy across eCommerce, mobile, and internal products.
- Manage Product Managers and content professionals.
- Establish product practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Drive data-informed digital experiences and measurable business impact.
Требования
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience, including 2 years in a leadership or Head of Product role.
- Experience managing Product Managers and owning products end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through delivery and optimization.
- Strong background in digital products and eCommerce platforms.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with analytics, experimentation, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.
- Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and software architecture.
- Ability to identify AI opportunities in product strategy.
- Leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
