- Identify and frame important problems for AI builders and early customers.
- Conduct user interviews, validation, and hands-on product discovery.
- Convert ambiguous signals into clear product decisions.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications, APIs, system behaviors, and execution flows.
- Partner with engineering on architecture, constraints, and system-level trade-offs.
- Define success paths, failure modes, retries, state management, and edge-case behavior.
- Own initiatives from initial concept through production.
- Drive prioritization, scope, and trade-offs with engineering.
- Work with developers and AI teams integrating the platform into production systems.
- Reproduce and debug failures using logs, traces, API calls, and production telemetry.
- Distinguish product gaps from integration issues, infrastructure limitations, and browser behavior.
- Turn recurring technical failures into product and platform improvements.
- Run experiments and make product decisions with incomplete data.
Требования
- 4+ years of product management experience, primarily with deeply technical products.
- Experience building developer-facing products, infrastructure, platforms, APIs, SDKs, or AI and agent systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, authentication, browser and web technologies, observability, and production infrastructure.
- Ability to read API documentation, logs, traces, and technical specifications to investigate product issues.
- Ability to reason about system architecture, dependencies, failure modes, performance, and reliability.
- Experience partnering directly with engineers on technical design and architecture trade-offs.
- Ability to debug technical customer issues and reproduce failures independently.
- Strong systems thinking across end-to-end platforms.
