Lead the end-to-end KYC, identity, and verification product area for a global financial platform. Drive its next generation of agentic, AI-powered capabilities while balancing customer needs, business outcomes, compliance, and responsible production use.

- Own the KYC, identity, and verification product area end to end.
- Lead the product’s next-generation agentic flows and maintain focus on user and business outcomes.
- Set the quality bar for AI in production, including evaluation sets, scoring, confidence and escalation thresholds, human-in-the-loop design, and defensible guardrails.
- Represent customer needs in prioritization decisions through direct customer engagement.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of product managers.
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Operations, go-to-market, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Manage competing priorities and make informed, reversible decisions where appropriate.
Требования
- At least 8 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years managing product managers.
- Experience owning business outcomes in a regulated fintech domain such as payments, lending, risk, fraud, or compliance.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered product capabilities.
- Deep understanding of production agentic flows, including orchestration, tool use, context design, evaluation, scoring, confidence thresholds, and large-scale failure modes.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including funnels, cohorts, experimentation, and statistical judgment.
- Ability to gather and apply qualitative customer evidence.
- Strong customer focus and business judgment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align technical and executive stakeholders.
- Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate with engineers and evaluate trade-offs.
