Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of an AI-powered threat detection, investigation, and response platform for enterprise cybersecurity customers. Partner with executive, engineering, security research, detection engineering, threat intelligence, incident response, and customer teams.

- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead the evolution of the platform into an AI-powered security operations product using generative AI, AI agents, automation, and advanced analytics.
- Own product performance, including adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, competitive positioning, and growth.
- Develop differentiated managed detection and response capabilities that improve security outcomes, analyst productivity, and operational scalability.
- Translate emerging threats and attacker techniques into product capabilities with security and incident response teams.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Assess customer needs, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities and strategic investments.
- Engage enterprise customers and prospects to validate product direction and strengthen market positioning.
- Represent the product with customers, partners, analysts, and industry forums.
- Collaborate with engineering on scalable, secure, and high-quality delivery.
- Manage product investments and priorities to maximize customer and business value.
Требования
- At least 7 years of product management experience, including 3 years leading product teams or major product initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of MDR, SOC workflows, threat hunting, detection engineering, incident response, SIEM, XDR, EDR, and security automation.
- Experience defining and delivering AI/ML or generative AI products and capabilities.
- Strong technical background and ability to work effectively with engineering, data science, and cybersecurity teams.
- Track record of defining product vision, executing long-term strategy, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience building and scaling enterprise cybersecurity or SaaS products.
- Strong customer-facing, communication, presentation, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent English and Hebrew communication skills.

- MBA or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
