Lead the vision, roadmap, implementation, and ongoing improvement of organization-wide AI systems, with a focus on development tools. Partner across technical and executive teams to support secure, reliable, and responsible adoption.
Обязанности
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, and priorities for AI systems.
- Lead rollout, training, adoption, and improvement of AI tools and workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with development environments, including IDEs and CI/CD platforms; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Support availability, performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems.
- Establish secure-use guidelines and address information security, compliance, privacy, and AI-related risks.
- Define quality measures and feedback loops; track adoption, development speed, code quality, and efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and lead enhancements and new capabilities.
Требования
- At least 3 years of Product Owner experience.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI-powered coding tools, and machine learning platforms.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD environments.
- Basic understanding of information security, privacy, and risk management.
- Experience coordinating organizational stakeholders and leading technology adoption or process change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
