Lead the planning function for large-scale transport infrastructure projects from initiation through detailed design. Coordinate planning teams, project managers, public authorities, consultants, and engineering stakeholders.
Обязанности
- Manage planning activities and support infrastructure projects from initiation through detailed design
- Monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, and cost estimates
- Guide project managers, designers, and planning teams
- Coordinate interfaces with planning authorities, third parties, and engineering stakeholders
- Lead contracts, tenders, change management, and account control
- Provide professional support to delivery teams during construction and field phases
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in planning or planning management for large-scale civil engineering projects
- Strong systems perspective, analytical thinking, leadership in complex environments, assertiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills

- Experience with transport infrastructure projects
- Experience advancing statutory planning programs
- Experience working with public bodies and infrastructure companies
