Renewable energy company seeking a Planning and Permitting Manager to oversee statutory planning, licensing, regulatory coordination, and project progress in the Sharon region.
Обязанности
- Analyze and manage planning and statutory processes for renewable energy facilities.
- Manage permitting processes, including building permits, Form 4 approvals, and business licenses.
- Track project progress and coordinate with consultants, government ministries, regulators, and infrastructure companies.
- Work with municipalities and national, district, and local planning committees.
- Manage a team of planners and coordinate with internal organizational stakeholders.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in geography, architecture, architectural engineering, or civil engineering technician studies.
- At least 5 years of experience managing planning for renewable energy projects.
- Experience working with municipalities, government ministries, planning committees, regulators, and infrastructure companies.
- High-level English proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Будет плюсом
- Master’s degree in urban planning or environmental planning.
- Experience managing a planning team.
- Proficiency with architectural software such as AutoCAD.
