A fast-growing international product company is seeking an executive technology leader to define R&D strategy and scale a global engineering organization. The role requires full relocation to Europe and includes comprehensive relocation support and executive compensation.
Обязанности
- Define and lead the end-to-end R&D strategy and scalable technology roadmap
- Lead, mentor, and scale multidisciplinary engineering teams across discovery, architecture, development, release, and iteration
- Partner with Product, Data, and executive leadership on features with measurable business impact
- Establish engineering standards for architecture, code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, security, and SRE
- Build an accountable engineering culture supporting frequent releases, experimentation, and rapid learning
- Manage R&D capacity planning, technical debt, and technology strategy
Требования
- 10–15+ years of software engineering experience
- At least 5+ years leading multiple engineering teams or an entire R&D organization
- Previous experience as VP R&D, VP Engineering, Head of R&D, or Director of Engineering in a product-driven company
- Deep knowledge of distributed architectures, backend and frontend systems, cloud infrastructure, microservices, and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of user behavior, experimentation, monetization, retention, and business KPIs
- Experience with high-velocity delivery, automated testing, observability, and large-scale technical trade-offs
- Willingness and availability to relocate fully to Europe

- Experience introducing AI-driven capabilities to improve development efficiency
