Lead the research and development organization for an AI-driven industrial procurement platform. Own engineering strategy, architecture, execution, and team growth while building scalable systems that combine machine learning, LLM workflows, data pipelines, and supplier intelligence.
Обязанности
- Define and lead the R&D vision and technical strategy
- Build and manage a hands-on engineering team spanning full-stack, AI, and data
- Own the development lifecycle from concept through production
- Design architectures for AI-native systems and scalable SaaS platforms
- Lead development of LLM workflows, internal models, data pipelines, and feedback loops
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance
- Set decisions on technology stack, infrastructure, and system design
- Introduce AI-assisted development workflows using LLMs, copilots, and agents
- Drive rapid experimentation and continuous product iteration
- Partner with product and business teams to ship high-impact features
- Translate complex manufacturing and procurement challenges into usable products
- Use real-world data and feedback to improve system performance
- Lead hiring, mentoring, and organizational scaling
Требования
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 6+ years of engineering leadership experience
- Strong hands-on experience building and scaling complex systems
- Experience leading full-stack teams across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data flows
- Experience with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or data-driven platforms
- Ability to make decisions and execute effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Builder-oriented leadership style with strong ownership

- Background in marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or complex workflows
- Experience with self-learning systems, feedback loops, or model training
