- Establish the construction execution organization from the ground up, including its headquarters function, teams, and operating processes.
- Lead construction delivery and field operations.
- Manage managers and complex contractor relationships.
Требования
- Previous experience as a vice president of construction execution or in an equivalent role at a mid-sized construction company.
- Experience overseeing at least 2,000 housing units concurrently.
- Experience managing managers across functions and handling complex contracts.
- Significant field experience and a track record of resolving issues with contractors.
