- Own the architecture and technical roadmap, balancing product priorities, infrastructure investment, and delivery.
- Manage and mentor engineers, plan execution, develop technical ownership, and drive reliable delivery.
- Translate business goals into technical solutions and align scope, dependencies, and timelines with Product.
- Contribute hands-on through implementation, design reviews, and code reviews; resolve complex distributed-systems challenges.
- Own secure engineering practices, access controls, tenant isolation, secrets management, observability, and technical incident response.
- Improve testing, CI/CD, release practices, and metrics for quality, stability, and delivery.
- Select and introduce AI tools, guide adoption across internal workflows, and deliver AI-powered product capabilities with measurable quality, security, cost, and value.
Требования
- Experience leading engineering teams and managing people, alongside strong hands-on development skills.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, backend engineering, distributed systems, microservices, and asynchronous workflows.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and webhooks.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience building financial systems, including transaction processing, data consistency, reconciliation, and failure recovery.
- Working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, wallet operations, transaction lifecycles, and custody integrations.
- Practical experience with LLMs, coding assistants, AI agents, and automation tools.
- Experience introducing AI tools into engineering teams or internal operations, integrating models through APIs, and taking AI capabilities from prototype to production.
- Understanding of RAG, context management, model tool use, quality evaluation, monitoring, access controls, and cost management.
