- Lead a team of four developers building and maintaining core components, shared services, and developer tooling
- Make distributed-system design decisions and improve performance, maintainability, and technical standards
- Design and evolve scalable, multi-tenant SaaS architecture and cloud-native platform services
- Develop and guide architecture across microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, Java, Go, and Kubernetes
- Lead cross-team initiatives that improve development efficiency, reliability, and scalability
- Mentor and coach engineers in their professional and technical growth
- Set technical direction and priorities with engineering leads and product stakeholders
- Promote innovation, transparency, and a strong engineering culture
- Improve reliability and operational excellence through observability and incident response practices
Требования
- At least 7 years of backend development experience
- At least 3 years of experience managing or mentoring developers
- Deep knowledge of Java and modern infrastructure
- Strong system design and software architecture skills
- Ability to make technical decisions across application, infrastructure, and systems layers
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience with sprint planning, progress tracking, and cross-team coordination
- Ability to identify and manage risks and dependencies

- Experience developing in Go (Golang)
- Kubernetes experience
