Lead a multidisciplinary team of 6–8 software developers and QA engineers in building and supporting complex, mission-critical operational systems. Combine people management with hands-on technical leadership across architecture, code, delivery, and production support.

- Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 software developers and QA engineers
- Own development activities from technical execution and quality through delivery and production support
- Design and develop solutions using C#/.NET and web technologies
- Provide technical leadership across architecture, code reviews, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Product, Systems Engineering, QA, customers, and other stakeholders
- Drive development-process modernization and continuous improvement
- Promote AI-assisted practices for coding, testing, documentation, and code reviews
Требования
- Experience as a Software Development Manager, Team Leader, or Technical Lead
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET
- Strong technical leadership and software architecture capabilities
- Experience leading complex software development and end-to-end delivery
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership

- WPF/.NET experience
- Experience with mission-critical or operational systems
- Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools
