Lead a team of NPI engineers and manage the transition of complex electromechanical products from development through stable serial production. The role is based in Or Yehuda and includes business travel to China.
Обязанности
- Lead and professionally manage a team of NPI engineers.
- Own end-to-end NPI projects from design transfer through pilot production, ramp-up, and mass production.
- Drive design-for-manufacturing and design-for-assembly processes and manufacturing readiness.
- Manage work plans and lead the resolution of engineering issues.
- Own bills of materials, drawings, manufacturing instructions, tooling, fixtures, and test equipment.
- Coordinate with R&D, quality, operations, procurement, and supply-chain teams.
- Work with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and international production sites.
- Support the establishment, transfer, and stabilization of production lines in China.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- At least 7 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, or design-to-production transfer.
- At least 3 years of direct people-management experience leading NPI engineers.
- Strong experience with complex, multidisciplinary electromechanical products.
- Proven experience transferring products from development to stable serial production.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
- High-level English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel to China for business.
- On-site, full-time availability.
