Lead a distributed team of five infrastructure engineers responsible for on-premises data centers, hybrid-cloud environments, security, resilience, operations, and continuous improvement. The role is based in a flexible hybrid model in the Tel Aviv–Rehovot area.

- Lead, prioritize, delegate, and supervise daily operations and projects for a global infrastructure team.
- Set infrastructure strategy, priorities, deliverables, service performance targets, and operational metrics.
- Own the infrastructure budget, forecasts, capacity plans, licensing, and investments.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure availability, capacity, performance, security, reliability, and cost.
- Maintain, administer, and troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, databases, virtualization, storage, and backup systems.
- Manage data center operations, maintenance, lifecycle, capacity, security, and resilience.
- Design and improve cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Establish hybrid-cloud architecture connecting data centers, on-premises environments, and public cloud services.
- Implement secure AI-assisted automation and AIOps for event correlation, anomaly detection, forecasting, prevention, remediation, and operational knowledge management.
- Maintain infrastructure security standards covering vulnerability remediation, patching, identity and access, secrets, segmentation, and least privilege.
- Lead infrastructure incident response and serve as the escalation point for significant issues.
- Drive capacity planning, technology lifecycle management, disaster recovery, business continuity, and resilience initiatives.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, cloud providers, managed service providers, and external partners.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Development, Cloud Operations, Cybersecurity, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve efficiency and service quality.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of people-management experience.
- 5–7 years of IT infrastructure experience.
- Fluent English.
- Experience leading distributed technical teams.
- Hands-on data center and hybrid-cloud experience.
- Experience with VMware/vSphere and AWS.
- Experience with Terraform and SaltStack or Ansible.
- Experience with Kubernetes and container platforms.
- Knowledge of operating systems and databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
- Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and automated remediation.
- Practical knowledge of AI-assisted operations and AIOps.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure security, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with budgeting, capacity planning, and vendor management.
