Lead a team responsible for CAD sign-off flow development, circuit studies, and design methodologies for advanced chip development. Coordinate engineering workstreams and global collaboration to deliver high-quality silicon sign-off.
Обязанности
- Own tracking and execution of CAD flow development, circuit analysis, and design methodology activities.
- Lead and coordinate engineers across CAD sign-off, circuit analysis, and design methodology functions.
- Collaborate with chip design, full-chip engineering, CAD, and design teams to drive sign-off convergence.
- Align priorities, share methodologies, and lead cross-group engineering initiatives.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks, develop mitigation plans, and keep projects on track.
- Promote ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
Требования
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of engineering or software development experience in CAD, EDA, circuit design, or related environments.
- At least 3 years of team management experience in CAD or backend design.
- Ability to track and complete complex engineering activities across multiple workstreams.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams and sites.

- Circuit design or analysis experience, including STA, power integrity, IR-drop, or EM.
- Formal management or team leadership experience.
- Experience with circuit studies, feasibility analysis, or design methodology evaluation.
- Familiarity with EDA sign-off tools such as PrimeTime or RedHawk.
- Experience collaborating across multiple engineering teams or organizations.
