- Lead and mentor a group of software developers, QA engineers, and technical artists.
- Own end-to-end development processes from technical design to production.
- Design and maintain scalable, high-performance systems.
- Provide technical guidance in C++ and Java.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Break down complex technical problems into actionable plans.
- Promote best practices in code quality and performance.
- Identify risks and improve existing systems and processes.
Требования
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- 3+ years as a Team Lead or Tech Lead.
- Experience managing third-party contractors.
- Hands-on experience with C++.
- Gaming industry experience, preferably live or mobile games.
- Experience with large-scale systems.
- Strong software architecture and design patterns knowledge.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and guide developers.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with AI tools.

- Experience with the Spring framework.
- Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Couchbase, Hadoop, Spark).
