Обязанности
- Lead end-to-end NPI from development through product readiness, prototype and pilot builds, and mass production
- Drive DFx, manufacturing and assembly processes, BOM/AVL readiness, engineering risk management, and packaging and labeling
- Support contract manufacturers and OEM/ODM partners with engineering and quality activities
- Lead cost reduction, manufacturing optimization, and manufacturing transfer initiatives
- Source, qualify, and manage OEM/ODM partners and lead technical and commercial negotiations
- Manage PLM, ECO/MCO, change control, CCB activities, product data, BOMs, AVLs, and engineering documentation
- Manage component lifecycle, end-of-life activities, alternative components, and product maintenance changes
- Lead global product quality, regulatory, and certification activities
- Manage certification projects with testing laboratories and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with product, environmental, sustainability, and critical-component requirements
- Maintain ISO certifications and manage follow-up audits and ongoing compliance
- Lead and develop four functional engineering leads and coordinate cross-functional projects, priorities, risks, quality, cost, and timelines
Требования
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering management within the electronics industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Experience leading NPI and DFx processes through mass production
- Experience with EMS, OEM, and ODM manufacturing partners, including technical and commercial negotiations
- Experience in manufacturing engineering and components engineering
- Experience with PLM, BOM/AVL, component lifecycle, and EOL management
- Engineering project management experience
- Strong knowledge of international certification requirements, including FCC, CE, UL, UKCA, and RCM
- Experience with PLM systems, preferably Oracle Agile PLM, and ECO/MCO processes
- Knowledge of DFx for manufacturing, testing, cost, and assembly
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and environmental compliance requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English
