- Define architectural strategy and technical direction for a critical engineering domain.
- Lead complex system design initiatives involving real-time workflows, large-scale data processing, and distributed services.
- Establish engineering standards and best practices across development teams.
- Lead, mentor, and support the growth of full-stack engineers.
- Participate in hiring and organizational scaling.
- Build career development paths for team members.
- Collaborate with product and business teams on technical roadmaps and strategy.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of large, complex, cross-team initiatives.
- Translate mobility and optimization challenges into robust, scalable technical solutions.
Требования
- At least 5 years of engineering management experience, including management of team leads or senior engineers.
- At least 10 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-team technical initiatives.
- Strong JavaScript or TypeScript experience and knowledge of Node.js.
- Experience leading teams that design, scale, and operate distributed, high-performance systems in complex production environments.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into technical direction, scalable architecture, and executable engineering plans.
