Lead a multidisciplinary engineering group spanning AI, full-stack development, AIOps, QA, and data. Own delivery, people leadership, technical guidance, and business outcomes while reporting to the VP of Engineering.
Обязанности
- Own end-to-end engineering group delivery, including planning, prioritization, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
- Manage engineers and a Product Owner, with support from functional guilds.
- Conduct one-on-ones, provide feedback, support growth, and build an accountable team culture.
- Provide technical guidance in partnership with principal architects and senior engineers.
- Identify risks early and make informed technical trade-offs.
- Connect engineering work to customer and business outcomes.
- Participate in leadership discussions about roadmap, resourcing, and strategy.
Требования
- 7+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in management.
- Direct experience managing managers.
- Track record leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, product-led organizations.
- Technical grounding in distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and production software.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
