- Lead the product pillars within the assigned scope.
- Build and grow a high-performing core engineering group through hiring, mentoring, and team development.
- Plan, execute, and deliver key projects affecting the product foundation.
- Set technical direction in collaboration with product, architecture, security, product marketing, and engineering teams.
- Make high-level architectural decisions and contribute hands-on when needed.
- Promote continuous improvement, strategic thinking, and agile execution.
Требования
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in engineering management.
- Experience developing, incubating, and releasing a product from the ground up.
- Proven success leading and growing engineering teams in dynamic environments.
- Strong technical background and ability to make high-level architectural decisions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Hands-on, proactive leadership style with strong ownership and accountability.
- Passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performing products.
