Lead globally distributed front-end SoC engineering teams responsible for RTL design and design verification in a complex MCU development environment.

- Lead RTL and design verification work across teams in Israel and India
- Own front-end SoC engineering activities
- Manage multidisciplinary international teams, including managers and individual contributors
- Lead external contractors supporting SoC development
- Set priorities, define objectives, and track delivery in an agile framework
- Provide technical guidance and support professional growth
Требования
- At least 15 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Strong knowledge of RTL and design verification
- Experience with UVM and verification tools
- Experience with Cadence or Synopsys simulation and verification tools
- Experience managing teams across multiple countries
- Experience managing external contractors and third-party engineering resources
- Strong background in hardware-software interfaces and multicore SoC environments
- Excellent communication skills
