Lead a global engineering organization responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and operating a scalable performance management SaaS product. This hybrid role is based in Ra'anana, Israel, with two office days and three remote days each week.

- Lead and manage the performance management engineering organization in alignment with company goals
- Oversee the architecture, development, testing, and deployment of microservices
- Manage resource planning, delivery milestones, product quality, and system capacity
- Ensure operational support and reliability for the product
- Establish development standards, tools, and engineering methodologies
- Translate customer and business requirements into engineering priorities
- Evaluate AI and agentic technologies, including reasoning models, LLMs, SLMs, AI software development lifecycles, agentic coding, and agent orchestration
- Lead a globally distributed team across multiple sites
- Recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 12 or more years of software engineering experience, including SaaS products, machine learning, deep learning, and LLMs
- At least 6 years of engineering management experience in large-scale environments
- Expertise in data technologies and large-scale distributed systems
- Experience with agentic-driven development methodologies
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and talent-management skills

- Experience with AWS, Azure, and open-source data tools
- Track record of delivering high-quality software products on schedule
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
