Lead multiple senior engineering and product teams responsible for defining, building, and operating products end to end. Set technical and product direction, maintain architectural credibility, develop leaders, and ensure strong commercial outcomes across distributed teams.

- Lead approximately 10–15 domain owners across multiple teams
- Set technical and product direction across teams
- Drive specification-led, AI-augmented delivery with clear and testable requirements
- Review architecture, unblock technical decisions, and connect engineering with commercial stakeholders
- Hire, coach, and retain senior domain owners and team leads
- Establish performance expectations and career development across the organization
Требования
- 10+ years of experience in research and development and/or product management
- 3+ years leading engineering or product teams, including managing managers
- Proven ability to build, scale, and retain teams that deliver products end to end
- Strong technical foundation in TypeScript, Node.js, React, and SQL
- At least 2 years of experience with AI tools and LLM orchestration
- Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams across locations and time zones
- Ability to establish and maintain quality standards across multiple teams
- Commercially oriented, data-driven decision-making
- Excellent English
