Lead engineering and facilities operations for a luxury branded residential property in Tel Aviv. Own building systems, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, capital projects, budgets, and team performance.
Обязанности
- Develop and execute the engineering operating strategy
- Manage building infrastructure, physical plant, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, water treatment, and related systems
- Create and oversee preventive maintenance and repair programs
- Manage service contracts, suppliers, contractors, inventory, permits, licenses, and certifications
- Lead renovation, construction, and capital projects within schedule and budget
- Maintain life safety, fire protection, emergency response, and regulatory compliance programs
- Manage energy use and recommend efficient facility operating practices
- Oversee communal-area maintenance and resident-facing service quality
- Hire, develop, train, coach, and evaluate engineering team members
- Develop and manage the engineering budget, financial reporting, and capital expenditure recommendations
- Act as the subject matter expert for building infrastructure and systems
Требования
- Proven experience managing engineering operations in luxury hospitality or large-scale facilities
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, water treatment, and building maintenance systems
- Leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of safety, environmental, fire, and building regulations
- Budget management and supplier relationship experience
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Flexibility to respond to emergencies and work varied shifts
- Fluency in English
- Degree or technical certification in engineering, facilities management, or a related field
