Lead engineering strategy and execution for subscription management products at a company providing DevOps and software supply chain security solutions.
Обязанности
- Lead and mentor multiple cross-functional teams of managers and developers delivering scalable, reliable products.
- Build a collaborative engineering culture focused on automation and continuous improvement.
- Establish processes and workflows that support rapid innovation and enterprise-grade quality.
- Define the AI enablement vision, identify opportunities to accelerate the software development lifecycle, create a roadmap, and lead execution.
- Partner with product, sales, finance, executive leadership, and engineering teams to translate business goals into engineering strategy and support customer adoption.
Требования
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles managing diverse R&D teams and managers.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and customer management skills.
- Experience in Agile or DevOps-focused organizations.
- Interest in empowering developers and improving productivity through platform engineering.

- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid-cloud environments.
