Lead multiple engineering teams developing SaaS security products. Set technical direction, guide the full engineering lifecycle, remain hands-on when needed, and build high-performing teams.

- Lead and manage multiple engineering teams, including Team Leads.
- Set technical direction and execution standards.
- Remain close to the technology and contribute hands-on when needed.
- Own the engineering lifecycle from architecture and design through deployment and production.
- Build and scale SaaS products.
- Partner with Product and other departments to translate business needs into technical execution.
- Balance long-term architecture with short-term delivery.
- Identify technical risks and long-term implications.
- Develop a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor engineers and build collaborative relationships across teams.
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in software development roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing multiple teams and Team Leads.
- Experience building and scaling SaaS products.
- Strong hands-on engineering background and coding skills.
- Full-stack understanding across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and DevOps.
- Strong technical judgment and ability to understand complete systems.
- Delivery-oriented approach balancing long-term architecture with near-term execution.
- Business orientation with willingness to experiment and make pragmatic decisions.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
