- Provide disciplinary and operational leadership for mechanics, software, controls, and electrical engineering teams
- Manage software and controls delivery from concept and development through deployment
- Lead research, design, and development of automation technologies for industrial equipment
- Oversee technology deployment and integration at customer sites
- Provide ongoing technical support for deployed solutions
- Own the automation roadmap and drive execution toward technology and business milestones
- Coordinate with systems engineering, process, materials, integration and testing, operations, and customer support teams
Требования
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, or a related technical field
- Extensive management experience leading multidisciplinary teams across mechanics, software, controls, and electrical engineering
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong background in machine development, industrial automation, motion control, and software architecture
- Experience managing complete technology lifecycles from research and development through field deployment and customer support
- Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and accountability skills
- Ability to combine system-level thinking with deep technical expertise and work effectively under pressure
