Lead a team of algorithm researchers and developers creating AI solutions for real-time medical interventional devices. Own the algorithm lifecycle from research and prototyping through validation, documentation, optimization, and production deployment.
Обязанности
- Lead a high-performing team developing machine learning, computer vision, and image-processing algorithms for medical devices
- Represent the algorithm team in global forums and communicate progress, results, risks, and challenges
- Own the algorithm development lifecycle, including research, design, implementation, validation, documentation, and optimization
- Provide technical direction and mentorship, conduct design and code reviews, and maintain engineering quality standards
- Partner with data, software, systems, clinical, and product teams to define requirements, plan milestones, manage risks, and deliver solutions from prototypes to production
Требования
- MSc or PhD in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
- At least 7 years of R&D experience in algorithms or machine learning, including end-to-end delivery ownership
- Proven experience developing, optimizing, validating, and deploying machine learning, deep learning, and AI models to production
- At least 3 years of hands-on Python experience with production-quality code
- Leadership experience as a team lead or technical lead, including mentoring, prioritization, and cross-functional execution
- Strong technical judgment, communication, structured problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize work, manage risks, remove blockers, and influence stakeholders
