- Lead and mentor a team of AI and data science professionals
- Drive the design, development, validation, and deployment of machine learning and computer vision solutions
- Partner with software, systems, product, clinical, and data teams
- Define technical strategy, project priorities, and development roadmaps
- Ensure rigorous research, experimentation, and production-ready implementations
- Present technical progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership and global stakeholders
- Promote innovation, collaboration, and team development
Требования
- MSc or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field
- Experience leading AI, machine learning, or data science teams
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and image analysis
- Experience developing and deploying AI models in production
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks

- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with real-time imaging, computer-assisted diagnostics, or clinical AI applications
