Monitor and support live trading infrastructure through real-time oversight, exception detection, data analysis, and operational decision-making.
Обязанности
- Monitor trading systems and real-time trading activity
- Identify anomalous behavior, technical issues, and operational exceptions, escalating them promptly
- Develop, maintain, and analyze operational tools, Excel reports, and dashboards
- Analyze trading performance, market data, and operational workflows
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and support data analysis
- Build expertise in new markets, trading platforms, and business processes
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and management teams
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, accounting, industrial engineering and management, or a related discipline
- Full-time availability Monday through Friday
- Advanced Excel proficiency and confidence working with data
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical thinking
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, ownership, and organization
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work collaboratively and apply systems thinking
Будет плюсом
- Exposure to capital markets, trading, digital assets, or financial systems
- Knowledge of derivative instruments
- Familiarity with BI tools, dashboarding platforms, SQL, or Python
- Strong interest in learning complex systems
