A leading organization is seeking a Systems Analyst to define business requirements and support the specification, development, testing, and implementation of core systems, regulatory reporting, and digital solutions in life insurance, health insurance, and savings.
Обязанности
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from organizational stakeholders.
- Write detailed business and functional specifications.
- Translate business needs into clear and detailed system requirements.
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements and efficiencies.
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation through production release.
- Collaborate with business units, vendors, users, development teams, testing teams, infrastructure teams, and other Systems Analysts.
- Participate in specification meetings, design reviews, and acceptance testing.
- Define test scenarios and support testing activities.
- Build and implement new and innovative workflows.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
Требования
- At least two years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Requirements Specialist.
- Experience writing high-quality business and functional specifications.
- Experience analyzing business processes and applying systems thinking.
- Experience working with vendors, users, and multiple organizational interfaces.
- Experience conducting user acceptance testing.
- Proficiency in Excel.

- Experience in life insurance, health insurance, or financial products.
- Bachelor’s degree or systems analysis certification studies.
- Experience working with SQL.
