Seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional to lead functional design, configuration, delivery, and support for global Record-to-Report processes. The role partners with finance leadership, business stakeholders, and IT teams and contributes to future SAP S/4HANA readiness.

- Configure SAP ECC across core FICO areas, including GL, AA, AP, AR, Banking, CCA, Profitability Analysis, and Product Costing
- Own functional design and support for global Record-to-Report processes
- Lead design workshops, requirements gathering, and scalable solution definition
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, BAPIs/RFCs, user exits, and integrations
- Support end-to-end delivery through design, configuration, testing, documentation, and go-live
- Drive finance process harmonization and standardization
- Act as the liaison between finance stakeholders and IT teams
- Investigate and resolve configuration-related issues
- Coordinate testing cycles, UAT, and training
- Support S/4HANA readiness activities, including gap analysis and process mapping
- Maintain knowledge of SAP capabilities and best practices
Требования
- 10+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Deep knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banking, Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis
- Strong understanding of SD, MM, and PP integrations
- Experience with full-lifecycle SAP implementations
- Experience working directly with CFOs or senior finance management
- Fluent English
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Israel
