Manage and improve the organization’s Priority system, translating business needs into system solutions and supporting users across implementation, development, and ongoing operations.

- Manage and implement the Priority system across the organization.
- Gather requirements from managers and end users and translate them into system solutions.
- Implement and improve workflows across projects, procurement, inventory, finance, accounting, budget control, contractors and suppliers, and service and maintenance.
- Develop and customize Priority screens, reports, procedures, triggers, and interfaces.
- Write SQL queries for reporting, analysis, and operational controls.
- Lead projects from requirements and specification through development, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Provide professional user support and resolve day-to-day system issues.
- Train users and managers on new processes and system changes.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system settings.
- Coordinate external software providers and developers, including task definition, delivery tracking, quality checks, and timelines.
- Lead automation and digitization initiatives to reduce manual work and improve organizational efficiency.
- Develop management reports and BI tools for monitoring and decision-making.
- Maintain integrations between Priority and other organizational systems.
- Identify workflow gaps and lead process improvements.
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience implementing Priority in an organization.
- Hands-on experience analyzing and implementing business processes, with in-depth knowledge of multiple Priority modules.
- Experience writing SQL queries and developing Priority customizations, including screens, reports, procedures, triggers, and interfaces.
- Ability to work independently with users and managers from needs definition through implementation.
- Strong process-analysis skills and broad systems perspective.
- Ability to train and support end users.
