- Analyze and specify GIS information systems
- Write functional and technical specification documents
- Collect and analyze requirements from users and business stakeholders
- Design and maintain spatial models and information layers
- Coordinate system integration
- Work with development teams, testers, and internal customers
- Support projects from planning through implementation and maintenance
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, geography, industrial engineering and management with an information systems specialization, or an exact sciences field
- Required experience as a systems analyst or information systems implementer
- Required experience with Oracle databases and SQL queries
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High-level Hebrew and English
- Analytical and broad technical understanding
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organization, initiative, learning ability, and attention to detail
