A global manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Information Systems Implementer to lead ERP solutions, cross-functional projects, and business process improvements supporting production and global supply chain operations.
Обязанности
- Analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements
- Implement, configure, and deploy ERP and manufacturing-support systems
- Lead cross-functional projects for process improvement, automation, and digitization
- Work with manufacturing, planning, procurement, logistics, quality, development, and finance teams
- Prepare business and functional specifications
- Train and support end users throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis through go-live
- Perform system testing and support acceptance processes
- Manage incidents, analyze problems, and provide functional solutions
- Coordinate with software vendors, implementation partners, and internal and external development teams
- Analyze data and prepare reports for decision-making
- Maintain process stability after go-live and provide ongoing support
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience implementing information systems in an industrial or manufacturing organization
- Experience leading implementation and business process improvement projects
- Experience working with business users and managers
- High-level English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly manufacturing, MRP, inventory and warehouse management, procurement, supply chain, and quality-control modules

- Experience with MES, PLM, or APS systems
- Knowledge of API, EDI, or middleware integrations
- SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools
