- Translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
- Identify opportunities to redesign work through AI agents, automation, and software.
- Own initiatives from problem discovery through implementation, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop a forward-deployed business applications operating model close to internal teams.
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team combining business, product, and technical expertise.
- Set strategy and technical direction for platforms, integrations, and data flows.
- Partner with leaders across the organization on complex business problems.
Требования
- At least 7 years of experience leading technology solutions for business applications or operations.
- Experience managing and developing a team.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to identify opportunities for technology leverage.
- Technical fluency in architecture, APIs, integrations, data, and automation.
- Experience converting complex, ambiguous business problems into solutions with measurable impact.
- Strong product thinking, including problem definition, impact-based prioritization, and focus on adoption.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on cross-functional, high-ambiguity initiatives.
- College degree in a relevant field.
- Willingness to work in an office environment most days of the week.
