Manage enterprise application systems and lead technology projects from requirements analysis through implementation and go-live. The role covers SaaS, on-premises, portal, satellite, and BI environments.
Обязанности
- Manage the organization's application systems, including incident handling, version upgrades, and availability
- Lead technology projects from requirements analysis and specification through go-live
- Plan, execute, and monitor system upgrades
- Evaluate technical alternatives, manage vendor selection, and monitor delivery
- Design interfaces and integrations between systems
- Collaborate with infrastructure, database administration, and information security teams
- Provide technical support and guidance for projects led by other internal teams
Требования
- Experience with enterprise application environments, systems analysis, implementation, or information systems management
- Strong knowledge of system integrations, interfaces, databases, SaaS, and on-premises environments
- Experience leading end-to-end technology projects and system upgrades
- Experience working with vendors
- Familiarity with BI environments
- Ability to work independently in a matrix organization without direct managerial authority
